1. Who we are. Obravo is a trading name of Creationware Ltd (Scotland, company no. SC684137).
2. Who can use Obravo. You must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK for any job you take. One account per person.
3. What we do. We help you find construction and trades work and introduce you to employers. We can’t guarantee interviews, shifts or offers — the employer decides. Obravo is free for candidates; we never charge you for finding work.
4. AI. Obravo uses AI to chat with you, build your profile and suggest jobs. AI can make mistakes, including about pay or job details. Don’t rely on it without checking.
5. Your content. You give Creationware Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, share and license anything you send us — messages, voice notes, documents — for any business purpose, including training AI and sharing with or selling to third parties, as described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Your responsibilities. Give accurate information about your experience, tickets and right to work. Don’t send anything abusive, false or unlawful. Tell us if you take a job with an employer we introduced you to.
7. Ending things. You can stop using Obravo whenever you like — email privacy@obravo.ai to remove your data. We may suspend you if you break these terms or give false information.
8. Our liability. We take reasonable care, but we aren’t responsible for employers’ decisions or actions, or for losses from relying on AI-generated information. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Changes. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by WhatsApp or email.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and its courts deal with disputes.
