Who we are. Obravo is a trading name of Creationware Ltd (Scotland, company no. SC684137). We’re the data controller. Contact: privacy@obravo.ai.
What we collect. Anything you give us or we learn while working with you: contact details, work history, tickets, CV, availability, pay expectations, right-to-work documents, messages, voice notes, placement records and employer feedback, plus website and device data.
What we use it for. Finding you work and putting you forward to employers; running placements and getting you paid; meeting legal duties; marketing (with your consent); and developing, training and improving our products, services and AI models, and those of our partners. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, consent for marketing, and legitimate interests for everything else.
AI. We use AI to chat with you, build your profile, and match and screen you for jobs. People at Obravo may also review. You can ask for a person to review any decision.
Who we share it with. Employers and clients; payroll and umbrella partners; our service providers (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp, Twilio, Cloudflare, Google, AI providers); partners and data buyers — we may share, license or sell data, including conversation data, for AI training, research, analytics and recruitment services; related businesses owned or run by Creationware or its directors; anyone who buys or takes over our business; and advisers, regulators or courts when required. Some are outside the UK; we protect transfers with the UK–US data bridge or approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it. As long as needed for the purposes above, and at least as long as the law requires. De-identified data may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or moved, and you can object to how we use it, including for AI training or sale. Email privacy@obravo.ai. We reply within one month.
Complaints. Tell us first at privacy@obravo.ai. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Other. Obravo is for people aged 18 and over. We may update this notice and will post changes here.
If you hire through Obravo or we contact your business: we hold your name, work email, phone, job title and company, taken from you, your company website or public business directories. We use them to offer and provide recruitment services and send relevant business updates, on the basis of legitimate interests. Reply or email privacy@obravo.ai to opt out at any time. Job descriptions and feedback you share may be used to improve Obravo.
